Dr. Sikini Lee, PrincipalDr. Sikini (pronounced Sikina) Lee was born in San Antonio, TX but spent the first 16 years of her life abroad in Europe and Asia as well as other regions of the United States as a military dependent. She has one daughter, Cassandra, and a four-legged child, Yoshi, her Yorkie. In her free time, she enjoys running, being by the water, traveling, reading, cooking, listening to jazz, outdoor concerts, and volunteering with various outreach and mission ministries.
One of the most interesting things about Dr. Lee is that she has lived on 5 of the 7 continents, is fluent in Spanish, but also speaks Japanese, French, and Arabic.
When it comes to her Educational philosophy, she says her favorite quote by Nelson Mandela sums it up:

University of Phoenix Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership
Dr. Lee has over 26 years of Educational Leadership experience, with 20 of those being in the role of campus Principal/Head of School. She has also worked in leadership roles of Asst. Principal, Asst. Manager of Assessment, Dean of Instruction, and an Educational Specialist at Region IV ESC. In the past decade, she has worked as an administrator in Morocco and Peru.
